The Justice Group is a leading Israeli company in the field of investment in litigation proceedings. Since 2022, Meitav Investment House has been a partner and the controlling shareholder in the Justice Group.
The Justice Group invests in legal proceedings in Israel and worldwide, with special expertise in personal injury and property damage claims. Justice finances the plaintiff’s litigation costs, including expensive professional opinions from doctors and other experts, and sometimes even covers the plaintiff’s personal expenses related to the claim. In doing so, Justice assists the plaintiff in filing the most professional claim possible, enabling plaintiffs to secure higher compensation while maintaining the best possible quality of life throughout the duration of the legal process.
In return for its investment in the case, Justice is entitled to receive a portion of the compensation awarded to the plaintiff.
Justice finances claims that are managed by attorneys and are supported, as noted, by expert opinions.
Investment in Justice is made through non-tradable bonds of Justice Finance, the proceeds of which are used by the company to make equity investments in a partnership established for a settlement.
Investment in the Fund is intended exclusively for Accredited Investors.
