Questions & Answers
The non-bank credit sector is regulated and supervised by the Israel Capital Market Authority, which grants licenses to financial entities meeting stringent legal and regulatory requirements. Meitav Financing, a subsidiary of Meitav Investment House Group, holds an extended credit license and is supervised by the Capital Market Authority, ensuring reliability, stability and peace of mind.
The company provides financing through three tracks: credit line/facility for developers; financing for purchasing groups; and real estate-secured credit for private clients who, for any reason, do not meet banking system underwriting requirements
After signing the loan agreement, the borrower sets up a monthly debit authorization (automatic payment order) in their bank account for Meitav Financing, from which monthly payments are made according to the repayment schedule.
Loans are secured by real estate or project rights only.

At Meitav Financing, your application will be handled by a professional team with extensive expertise in credit and a long track record in real estate, guiding you throughout the loan approval process.
Loan applications can be submitted for any purpose, ranging from ILS 500,000 to ILS 10,000,000 per each ID number.
Upon submission of the required documents, the loan approval process is swift and straightforward, subject to underwriting conditions and relevant legal requirements.
Any individual owning real estate and willing to pledge it for financing purposes can apply for a loan. For project financing within purchasing groups, the pledge is registered on the borrowers’ project rights. Loans are granted after assessments of the borrower’s financial status, property registration and solvency.
If the loan is not repaid according to the repayment schedule provided to the client, after exhausting all required procedures per the loan agreement and law, an application may be filed with the Enforcement Office to evict the borrower from the property and sell it to recover the outstanding loan amount.

Irit Shani-Bulotin – Chairwoman of the Credit Committee and Director
With over 20 zars of senior management experience in the banking and financial system, Irit last served as Chief of Staff of the Business Division at Discount Bank. She holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University and has expertise in financing and risk management.

Yael Goldstein – VP of Credit Risk
Holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University, with over 30 years of experience in business credit at a leading bank. Positions included business center manager, client relations manager and analyst. Yael has expertise in business credit, with an emphasis on real estate.

Golan Nahum – CFO
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a master’s degree in Financing. Previously served as CFO at Clal Finance Group and as Head of Procurement and Treasury at Clal Insurance.

Zvi Mundshine – Legal Advisor
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. With extensive experience in the banking system in economic and legal positions, he last served as legal advisor for a non-bank credit company, with significant expertise in real estate.

Itzik Babler – Head of Advisor Relations
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Financing and Banking. Itzik has managed numerous real estate projects and marketed newly built properties, with expertise and expertise in mortgages.

Tomer Raz – Head of Purchasing Groups and Developers
