The Emerald Fund, managed by Meitav’s Lotus Ireland, operates in the field of investments in real estate-backed loans in Ireland.
The loans are secured by first-lien collateral on real estate properties (lots for construction, residential homes and income-generating properties) and are provided with relatively low leverage and for short terms of up to 24 months.
Investment in the Fund is intended exclusively for Accredited Investors.
Emerald primarily focuses on the core areas in which Lotus has specialized throughout its years of operation:
- Providing credit for the construction of single-family homes, from the land acquisition stage through full construction support.
- Financing income-generating properties, including properties and land for rapid value enhancement in central urban locations.
- Focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on the Greater Dublin area.
