Hagai Oren

CEO, Meitav Provident and Pension Ltd.

Hagai has over 16 years of experience in the capital market and long-term savings field. In previous positions, he worked at the law firm Haim Sammet, Steinmetz, Haring & Co. as a capital market attorney, served as the legal advisor for Excellence Nessuah Provident and Pension Ltd. and the investment division at Excellence Investments Ltd. Since 2012, he has held various positions at the Meitav Group, including head of internal enforcement, deputy CEO of enforcement and risk management, manager of investment and credit operations, and head of information security and cyber security. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University (with honors) and an EMBA from Bar-Ilan University (with honors). Licensed to practice law in Israel.

Guy Mani

Chief Investment Manager for Provident and Pension

Guy holds an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University. Employed at Meitav since 2006 at positions including portfolio management, mutual fund management, long-term savings investments and most recently as the chief investment manager for the pension fund.

Lior Shaham

VP of Planning and Development

Lior holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management. She is employed at the company since 2008, with roles including manager of the enrollment department, project manager for provident and pension operations, and since 2017, manager of the professional department at the provident and pension company.

Sara Sarussi

CFO

Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting (with honors), both from Bar-Ilan University. Worked for more than seven years at the accounting firm Somekh Chaikin (KPMG) auditing companies in the capital market field. Serving in her position since November 2014.

Yael Froilich

VP of Operations and IRA

Yael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and MBA studies at Bar-Ilan University. She is employed at the company since 2013, with positions including manager of the distribution channels desk, insurance desk, and alternative investments in the client division.

Liat Asraf, CPA

Chief Risk Officer and Compliance and Enforcement Officer for Long-Term Savings

Liat is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University. She worked at the accounting and consulting firm Deloitte as a senior consultant in the consulting and risk management division. Since 2011, she has held various positions at the Meitav Group, including deputy chief internal auditor, compliance and enforcement officer for long-term savings and insurance agencies, operational risk manager, and business continuity manager.
