With extensive experience in personalized financing and investments, Ilan previously served as CEO of U-Bank (FIBI’s private banking division), Director at Switzerland’s Jacob Safra Bank, Director of Financial Transactions at Israel Discount Bank, Senior Dealer in the Foreign Exchange Reserves team at the Bank of Israel, President of the Israeli Forex Association and Senior Dealer at British Petroleum.

With 23 years in the capital and financial markets, Osher is Chairman of the Brokers’ Association and a Director in various Meitav Group companies.

Osher served as a Director at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and its Clearing House.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA specializing in Financing from the College of Management.

Hagai has over 16 years of experience in the capital market and long-term savings field. In previous positions, he worked at the law firm Haim Sammet, Steinmetz, Haring & Co. as a capital market attorney, served as the legal advisor for Excellence Nessuah Provident and Pension Ltd. and the investment division at Excellence Investments Ltd. Since 2012, he has held various positions at the Meitav Group, including head of internal enforcement, deputy CEO of enforcement and risk management, manager of investment and credit operations, and head of information security and cyber security. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University (with honors) and an EMBA from Bar-Ilan University (with honors). Licensed to practice law in Israel.

Licensed in investment advisory by the Israel Securities Authority with an MBA and 20 years in the financial market. Previously served as Head of Client Division at Harel Investment House and VP of Marketing and Sales at Tachlit Investment House and Tachlit ETFs Group. Also served as VP of Financial Marketing and Sales at Meitav Investment House.

With 23 years in the capital market, Lior started as an economic reporter at TheMarker business daily and was a pioneer in Israel’s ETF market as CEO of Mabat ETFs of the Clal Finance Group.

Served as CEO of Meitav’s ETF company (2011–2013). He co-founded the Smart Beta Funds Group with Altshuler Shaham in 2014 and advised leading financial institutions on ETFs.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics and an MBA from the Open University.

Holds a pension marketing license from the Ministry of Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Udi has been with Meitav for approximately 14 years, growing through the ranks, from a service representative to a wide range of management positions.

In his most recent position, he managed the distribution channels in the client division.

Certified Public Accountant and law graduate from Bar-Ilan University.

Einat worked for over 20 years at Somekh Chaikin (KPMG) CPAs, last serving as Senior Audit Manager.

Joined Meitav in April 2014, and previously served as Chief Accountant.

Keren has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management and development in large organizations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (with honors) from the College of Management.

Licensed attorney with 13 years of capital market experience.

Serves as a director and chairwoman of various Meitav Group companies.

Expert in marketing strategy and behavioral economics with extensive local and international experience. Previously served in senior positions at leading Israeli advertising groups and as VP of Strategy for Central and Eastern Europe at WPP of the UK. Specializes in branding, market share growth and digital marketing. Proven track record in leading complex projects in dynamic environments with innovation and originality.
